With almost a decade of experience running a successful cleaning business, Francisco brings unmatched expertise and a perfectionist’s eye to Clean with Passion Cooperative. Passionate about cleaning and community service, Francisco loves transforming spaces and mentoring new cooperative members. When not deep‑cleaning kitchens, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and children or praising the lord.

Azinaida keeps the cooperative running smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling and bookkeeping to ordering those Safer Choice‑certified supplies, Azinaida ensures everything runs like clockwork. She also loves rolling up her sleeves a few hours each week to clean alongside the team and stay connected to the work. In their free time, Azinaida enjoys exercising and reading books.

After five years of owning and operating a cleaning service, Fiston knows how to turn chaos into calm. Fiston thrives on building relationships with clients and creating personalized cleaning plans. As a co‑owner, he is dedicated to fair wages and empowering fellow worker‑owners. Outside of work, Fiston enjoys fixing cars and lending a hand to neighbors in the community.
